The ten remaining finalists perform live for the third time hoping to impress both the judges and viewers at home. This week the acts are offered advise from Michael Buble and the theme of the show is Big Bands. At the end of the show the phone lines are opened for this week's public vote

Dermot returns to present this week's live elimination show. Cheryl Cole and Whitney Houston both perform live on stage. Rachel and Rikki learn that they are in the bottom two and have to perform again in the final showdown. Simon ends up having the deciding vote and decides to sent home Rikki.

Kandy Rain and Rachel learn that they have the lowest amount of votes and have to perform again in the final showdown. The judges are then unable to reach a decision on who should go home so it goes back to the public vote. Dermot then announces that Kandy Rain will be going home tonight.
